searches require a thorough 9 step approach (needs assessment, position specification, research, candidate identification, candidate interviews and evaluation, presentation of candidates, candidate/client interviews, referencing of successful candidate, and completion of the assignment), we are able to customize our process (termed “Iterative-Approach”) to meet the client’s evolving needs. In addition to having a “trusted-advisor” relationship with our clients, we maintain a similar relationship with candidates so that we can credibly inform candidates about the unique opportunities that our clients offer.
